Council Meetings typically consist of a 2 p.m. Work Session, during which the Council receives information and discusses items relating to City business, and a 7 p.m. Formal Meeting, during which the Council takes action to adopt proposals into law and may receive public comment.* Information provided from the Mayor’s office to the Council is sent to the Council office as an E-Transmittal. Meetings in addition to those listed on the 2018 schedule may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements.
*Council Work Sessions generally begin at 2 p.m. unless noted. Not all Formal Meetings include a public comment period.
